What has been will be again, what has been done will be done again; there is nothing new under the sun. Is there anything of which one can say, "Look! This is something new"? It was here already, long ago; it was here before our time.             

                                                     Ecclesiastes 1:9-10

TV & movies continue to rehash their same old uninspiring themes. The ipad is just a chisel & stone upgrade. Nothing is new under the sun. Solomon was right.

However, had he met the resurrected Son of God, Solomon would have probably amended his words to, "there is nothing new under the sun, except for Jesus and the new life he brings!"

...if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come! All this is from God, who reconciled us to himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation: that God was reconciling the world to himself in Christ, not counting men's sins against them.        2 Corinthians 5:17-19

2011 was just the beginning of laying foundations for NSW Student Life International Ministry. Even though we were pummeled by various trials during the year, we progressed much more than expected because of the work of a faithful few. 

Pray expectantly for many changed lives of new believers as the gospel is preached boldly to international students this year.
